About Chef Eukia
Hello and thank you for taking the time to read about me. My name is Eukia Bryant. I have always enjoyed cooking and baking. From watching my grandmother cook to watching my parents duplicate those same recipes. Many in which I still use today.
For years, I worked in the customer service industry. Although I enjoy working with an array of people, I still felt like something was missing. I decided to follow my heart and my passion and attend culinary school. I attended Lincoln Culinary Institute where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. While in culinary school, I made several great achievements. I participated in the American Culinary Federation (ACF) 3rd Annual Chesapeake Culinary Cup Competition where I received an honorable mention in the plated dessert competition. In addition, in 2011, I was selected to participate in the Bravo's Top Chef: The Tour that was held Washington, D.C.
After graduating, I worked in the restaurant business and realized I wanted to combine my love of cooking with my love of working with people. Thus, Good Eats Chef Services, LLC was born.
I am ServSafe Certified and a proud member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association. In addition, I currently serve on Lincoln Culinary Institute's Advisory Board.
